What you will be doing:- Acting as a customer-facing DocuWare ambassador for Ricoh, promoting and enabling the sale of transformative solutions to existing and new Ricoh customers, working with Account Managers, and hosting sales and technical workshops.
- Delivering clear business growth of DocuWare solutions to meet sales quotas, demonstrating revenue contribution.
- Conducting sales and technical workshops, end-user seminars, and presentations to close business both internally and externally.
- Developing and implementing high-quality market plans and account strategies to identify target customers.
- Collaborating with matrix teams to achieve pipeline growth and set sales cycle expectations.
- Building a sustainable opportunities pipeline through direct channels, targeting £800k first-year contract revenues.
- Utilizing outbound sales methods (social media, Google, etc.) to generate leads.
- Interfacing with central teams to contribute to target plans.
- Extensive experience in software sales, with the ability to demonstrate and sell SaaS solutions.
- Proven ability to understand customer problems and find suitable solutions.
- Ability to discuss customer challenges versus product features and map workflows/business processes.
- Strategic thinking for new market growth.
- Effective time and project management skills, with influencing and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Advanced IT skills, including MS PowerPoint, Excel, VM's, and VirtualBox.
- Proven social media and outbound sales experience (preferred).
- Willingness to travel for business as needed.
- Professional presentation skills and ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Educational qualification: A-level or equivalent.
