Job DescriptionWe are now looking for a Business Development Lead to join our Partnerships Division. The ideal candidate will bring proven success in business development, sales, or income generation, with a strong track record of securing new partnerships and exceeding commercial targets. They should demonstrate strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and deliver persuasive pitches.
Experience in sponsorships, events, healthcare, or not-for-profit sectors would be especially valuable, alongside strong CRM discipline and negotiation skills. We are looking for a dynamic, driven self-starter - someone hungry to generate new opportunities, build lasting partnerships, and play a pivotal role in driving the RSM's commercial growth.
