Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and research potential clients within the EMEA region and introduce Talkpush solutions to Human Resources departments of large organizations.
  • Organize and schedule meetings for our Sales team with prospective clients, managing these processes through our CRM.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of qualified leads through various outreach activities.
  • Implement a strategic sales cadence for ongoing lead engagement and follow-up.
  • Gather market intelligence to aid in strategic decision-making and product positioning.
  • Participate and co-organize in-person and virtual events for prospects
  • Partner with our Customer Success team to identify upsell opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in B2B sales, preferably within a SaaS startup environment.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or Apollo is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Second language knowledge is desirable.
  • Capability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Technological adeptness and a quick learner of new systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

High level of self-motivation and accountability.
