The Role
As a Business Development Representative, you'll be at the forefront of building relationships with potential clients. You'll work closely with a senior commercial leader and cross-functional teams to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and help convert prospects into long-term partners.

What You'll Do
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll be a key player in our mission to help organizations innovate, automate, and drive efficiency through cutting-edge digital solutions. Working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Marketing, Sales, and Technical teams, you'll:
- Build and Expand Sales Pipeline: Reach out to new leads, set up outbound campaigns, and help organize events for both new and existing clients.
- Engage with Decision-Makers: Establish and maintain relationships with decision-makers like IT, finance, procurement managers, and C-level executives.
- Identify and Qualify Opportunities: Understand client needs, ask insightful questions, and identify opportunities for TOF to provide impactful solutions.
- Collaborate on Sales Strategy: Work closely with the sales team to create quotes that bridge client needs with TOF's innovative solutions.
- Learn from Experts: Receive on-the-job coaching and feedback from senior sales leaders and experienced colleagues to hone your skills.
- Work Flexibly: Whether from home, the office in Utrecht, or at client sites, you'll enjoy the freedom to manage your own schedule and be where you're most productive.
What We're Looking For
- A natural communicator who enjoys talking and listening
- Proactive, confident, and not afraid to approach new people
- Structured and organized-you manage your own schedule
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- HBO or WO degree
- Eager to learn, adapt, and take on more responsibility
- Comfortable with outbound calling and lead generation
- No IT background needed-just the right mindset
