Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively source new business opportunities via cold calls and outreach to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers in small to mid-sized accountancy firms and automotive businesses.
  • Map the market effectively to bypass gatekeepers and reach key stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and client communications using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to align on client requirements and ensure seamless handover.
  • Stay informed about hiring trends within the finance and automotive sectors.
  • Follow up on warm leads and referrals in a timely and professional manner.
  • Represent the company with integrity, ensuring honesty and reliability in all client dealings.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' B2B sales experience, preferably in recruitment, software, or financial services.
  • Strong cold-calling skills with the ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation.
  • Knowledge of the UK finance and/or automotive sectors is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
  • Access to a laptop, reliable internet connection, and a quiet home working environment.
