What You'll Be Doing
Lead the development and execution of strategic business development plans to accelerate growth and meet ambitious targets
Identify and secure new opportunities within the UK Central Government and wider public sector landscape
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and clients
Collaborate cross-functionally to shape tailored technology consulting solutions that address client challenges
Deliver persuasive proposals, presentations, and pitches that resonate with public sector audiences
Stay ahead of market trends, policy shifts, and competitor activity to uncover new avenues for expansion
Drive negotiations and close high-value deals that align with business objectives
Provide clear, insightful reporting on pipeline progress, wins, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership

What You'll Bring
10-12 years' experience in business development, with a proven track record of success
Deep expertise in the UK Central Government and public sector procurement cycles
Strong background in technology consulting services, ideally within a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans
Self-starter attitude with a results-driven approach and high accountability
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a hybrid/remote setup
