What you'll be doing?
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets.
- Lead and motivate sales teams to cultivate client relations and increase market share.
- Prospect for new clients and convert opportunities into profitable business ventures.
- Identify trends and opportunities by attending industry events and expos.
- Collaborate with senior management to innovate services and distribution channels.
Strong knowledge in strategic business development and established links within the catering sector are highly desirable.
This role is field-based across England, focusing on growing new business in our Business and Industry sector.
