Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets.
- Plan and execute outreach campaigns through email, events, and other channels.
- Maintain and update a detailed lead pipeline using CRM systems.
- Research market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Conduct introductory client meetings, clearly communicating the company's services and value.
- Deliver customised presentations to engage and educate prospective clients.
- Support the creation of sales proposals and pitch materials aligned with client needs.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
- Report regularly on sales performance, pipeline status, and campaign outcomes.
- Collaborate with global teams to support cross-regional business development.
- Bachelor's degree in Art History, Fine Art, Business, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles in creative or consultative environments.
- Fluent English required; additional languages advantageous.
- Eligibility to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of sales processes.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms for managing outreach and tracking results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Genuine interest in art and market trends.
- Outstanding networking and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and reporting requirements.
- Collaborative team player comfortable working across locations and departments.
