We are seeking a Business Development & Partnerships Manager with a background in IT consulting to drive our business development and visibility in the market. You will be responsible for building a thriving external community around our AI-driven solutions and consulting services. This role goes beyond traditional sales and marketing- it's about forging strategic relationships, engaging with industry stakeholders, and establishing a partner ecosystem t hat enhances business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and cultivate a professional community of sales partners, independent consultants, and potential alliance partners-including other consulting firms-who can bring our solutions to their networks.

Develop and execute a marketing strategy focused on network-building, brand visibility, and strategic outreach, especially through events, partnerships, and thought leadership.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Develop and execute marketing strategies to position our AI solutions and IT consulting services effectively in the market.

Identify, qualify, and pursue sales opportunities, building a pipeline of consulting projects.

Collaborate with technical teams to create proposals and presentations aligned with customer needs.

Stay up to date with the latest AI technologies and trends to identify opportunities for integration into client solutions and to enhance our consulting offerings.

Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives (LinkedIn campaigns, website updates, thought leadership, community engagement).

Track and report on marketing and sales performance, adjusting tactics as needed to achieve goals.
Requirements:

Proven experience in sales and marketing within the IT consulting industry.

Demonstrated ability to build and sustain professional networks and communities (eg, sales networks, partner ecosystems, consultant alliances).

Knowledge of IT consulting service models, client engagement processes, and project cycles.

Familiarity with AI technologies and their business applications; ability to communicate their value to different audiences.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills .

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Nice to Have:

Experience with CRM systems ( Microsoft Dynamics 365 ).

Experience running targeted LinkedIn or digital marketing campaigns.
