Once upon a time, you joined a sales team for the chase, but became a glorified appointment setter. You find the lead, but someone else pitches and closes it. You're a small cog in a slow wheel, and you're bored. You want the full deal, from the first call to the final signature. As a Business Development Consultant, You Will:- Own the Entire Lifecycle: Hunt the prospect, pitch the solution, negotiate terms, and grow the account. Full-cycle, full ownership.
- Master Strategic Execution: Apply a proven, high-level process to strategic markets. Position yourself as the specialist consultant clients can't ignore.
- Drive the Close: Act as the face of the deal. Manage expectations and lead the high-pressure negotiations that separate specialists from amateurs.
- High-Performance Hub: In-office Monday-Friday is where the magic happens. Absorb the 1%'s tactics and swap leads in real-time just by being in the mix.
- Live Exposure: Forget training videos. Get Day-1 exposure to the full commercial cycle, learning directly from experts doing the work beside you.
- Collaborative Velocity: Move at a pace remote roles can't touch. Share ideas, share wins, and level up as a unit with mentors three feet away.
- The "No Safety Net" Challenge: Ownership means no one else to blame. Are you ready for the success (and failure) to sit entirely on your shoulders?
- The Endurance Test: Can you handle the intensity of a full-cycle role among high-performers? This is a place to compete and contribute, not "log on and check out."

- 3+ years of post-education commercial sales experience. You've proven you can sell; now prove you can lead.
- A genuine desire for a high-energy office. You know proximity is the fastest way to master your craft.
- EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa; the grit to drive results from our Dublin office Monday-Friday.
Average Total Earnings Year 1: €50,000+ Year 2: €80,000+ Year 3: €100,000+
Base Salary DOE (Mid Thirties Starting) + Commission + Bonus
