We are looking for an experienced Business Data Owner to join a major international SAP S/4HANA transformation programme for a leading global brand.

This role will take ownership of key Master Data Management processes across the live SAP S/4HANA and Informatica landscape, helping drive data quality, governance, standardisation and continuous improvement across multiple international markets.

You will act as a key link between the business and Group IT, working closely with local teams, Business Process Owners, Data Managers and technical teams to ensure the global data model is adopted effectively and continues to support evolving business requirements.

The role will cover master data domains including Product, Business Partner and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve Master Data Management processes across SAP S/4HANA and Informatica
• Drive master data governance, quality monitoring and standardisation across international markets
• Act as the key interface between business teams, Group IT and local subsidiaries
• Support adoption and evolution of the global master data template
• Assess new business requirements and manage changes through the appropriate governance and approval processes
• Coordinate with Business Process Owners, Data Managers and Process Champions across different countries
• Support day-to-day operations, user queries and post-hypercare issue resolution
• Act as a key contact for data-related incidents and requests through ServiceNow
• Support testing, regression activities and data-related controls
• Deliver user training, guidance and best-practice support across markets
• Work with BI and Analytics teams to support evolving business data requirements

Requirements

• 5 to 7+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance or Business Process Ownership
• Strong experience working with SAP S/4HANA master data
• Good understanding of Master Data Management processes and governance
• Experience working across complex, multi-country or multinational environments
• Strong business process and stakeholder management skills
• Experience gathering and assessing business requirements
• Experience supporting data quality, governance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Comfortable working between business and technical teams
• Strong communication, facilitation and training skills
• Fluent English
