About the RoleAs a Business Customer Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for the new Warwickshire Business Growth Service, providing responsive, friendly and expert business triage. You'll guide businesses to the right support, manage enquiries, maintain accurate records, working closely with local partners, District and Borough and a range of colleagues from across the council, to help connect businesses with the appropriate advice and support.
Success in this role means delivering excellent customer service, understanding business needs quickly, and helping the team achieve strong economic outcomes for the county.
Key Requirements- Understanding and experience of working with business
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Understanding of CRM and data capture used for various reporting requirements
The Fluency Duty is outlined in the Code of Practice on the English language requirements for public sector workers. The Fluency Duty for this role is required. You must be able to speak and provide advice in accurate spoken English to the public.
