In a context of transformation (new ERP, financial structuring, continuous growth), they are looking for an experienced Financial & Business Controller to develop the Business Controlling function and support their strategic evolution.
- Ensure the reliability and integrity of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycles (annual, quarterly, long-term).
- Conduct P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analyses, and explain variances vs. budget.
- Develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs (dashboards, reporting, BI).
- Act as a strategic partner for departments (Sales, Product, Marketing, IT, Operations).
- Contribute to business cases, pricing strategies, and product profitability analyses.
- Participate in the ERP migration (Odoo) and improvement of financial processes.
- Degree in Finance, Management, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in controlling/FP&A, with exposure to business controlling.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel/financial modeling, and good accounting knowledge.
- Languages: fluent English required + French or Dutch.
- Proactive, business-oriented mindset, able to simplify financial data and bring clarity in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Gross salary: €4,500 - €5,200 depending on experience.
