Role Overview

• We are seeking a driven and proactive Business Consulting Manager to join our team in The Hague.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management consulting in areas such as CIO advisory, business transformation, financial analytics and / or business program management.
• This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive successful outcomes for our clients.
• The ideal candidate brings energy to our team, is able to connect-the-dots by bridging between management, organizational, process and IT teams to create actionable analysis of problems and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to clients, helping them achieve their business objectives. Work with strategy leads in large programs to drive execution of the program strategy into initiatives. Analyse organizational models, processes and data and create value cases for initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting services, translate their ideas and insights into management presentations to facilitate decision making and prioritizations.
• Manage project and own timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor colleagues and junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Skills and qualifications

• Extensive experience in consulting, candidates who have worked for a management consulting firm or in an internal consulting position or management traineeship at a telecom operator. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex consulting projects.
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, technology or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience with telecom processes (such as fulfilment, assurance and / or billing) and the underlying IT and network infrastructure is a strong pre.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to analyze data, processes and organisations and create impactful presentations (Powerpoint mainly) to present complex business and technological problems and convince senior stakeholders.
• Awareness and experience with the importance of culture, leadership and organizational change management to the success of transformation programs.
• Ability to travel within the Benelux region as required.

Preferred Years of Experience

• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in consulting, with at least 5 years in a consulting or line manager role.

Language Requirements

• Candidates should speak Dutch in addition to English
