Redefining Premium Perfume

At Ascent, we're redefining premium perfume. Traditional perfumes incur most of their costs manufacturing disposable packaging rather than prioritizing high-quality ingredients and sustainable materials. In the high-end perfume market, only 1% of the retail price typically goes to ingredients. As innovative manufacturer, we challenge conventional norms. By rethinking packaging, we significantly reduce environmental impact and redirect our focus to what truly matters: the ingredients-delivering unmatched value directly to our customers.

What You'll Do:

As a Business & Operations Intern , you'll get hands-on experience across multiple areas of our growing business:

• Administration : Support day-to-day operations, internal and external communications.
• Data Analysis : Gather and analyze data to support strategic business decisions.
• Business Development : Assist in expanding our brand presence and building relationships with partners.
• Operations : Work closely with manufacturing partners, help set up processes, instruct manufacturing staff, and assist in manufacturing.
• Logistics : Input orders into logistics systems and manage orders.
• Sales Channels : Contribute to improving and expanding our sales channels, both online and offline.
• Planning & Organization : Help create calendars and schedules.

What We're Looking For:

• A motivated self-starter eager to learn and contribute.
• Currently pursuing a Master's degree at one of the top universities.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Fast, practical, and able to think on your feet in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid, remote setting.
• Flexible to work 24-40 hours per week .
• Starting date: beginning of June .

Terms

• Contract Duration: 6 months
• Travel Allowance
• Flexible Work Schedule
• Compensation: €500-€750 per month
• Work Location: Hybrid remote in 3061 Rotterdam
