We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Business & Contracts Support Office to provide vital support to our Senior Management Team and assist across multiple areas of the business. This varied role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across finance, administration, and operational support, with the ability to prioritise and communicate effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Provide financial and commercial support to management across various contracts. Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks and support financial processes Oversee recruitment administration, staff onboarding, and training coordination. Manage company vehicles, ensuring compliance, inspections, and records are maintained. Support the Health & Safety Manager with compliance-related tasks. Arrange and manage staff travel and accommodation bookings. Review and maintain company contracts, including telecommunications, utilities, and office subscriptions. Provide general office support to ensure smooth business operations.
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in a finance or business support role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused approach. Experience in recruitment administration, fleet management, or compliance (desirable).
