Job Description

Excellent freelance opportunity for a Fluent English and French or Dutch speaking Business Analyst with experience in Time, payroll and post-payroll in SAP S/4.

Language: NL/FR + ENG

FT/PT: Full-Time

Location: Brussels

Hybrid: 3 days onsite

Duration: 5 months with strong possibility of extension

Objectives of the role:

Analysis & Framing

  • Analyse the AS IS of the Time, Payroll, and Post Payroll processes
  • Identify the functional impacts related to eGov 3.0 and Belcotax 2.0
  • Translating regulatory requirements into concrete business impacts

Design & Specification

  • Conduct workshops with stakeholders (HR, Payroll, IT, field, social secretariat)
  • Formalize functional needs and specifications
  • Ensure consistency of

Coordination & implementation

  • Coordinate adaptations between business and IT teams
  • Monitor developments in line with regulatory constraints

Testing & validation (structured role)

  • Define the testing strategy (functional, integration, UAT, data quality)
  • Write test scripts
  • Oversee test execution and contribute to pre-UATs
  • Supervise and coordinate the UAT phases
  • Validate solutions for compliance with business and regulatory requirements

Foreign Exchange & Compliance

  • Supporting teams in understanding the impacts
  • Ensure compliance with the requirements of social institutions
  • Prepare for production
  • The deployment of eGov 3.0 is part of a multi-year trajectory, structured in successive phases of scoping, specification, adaptation of systems, testing, coexistence and gradual changeover to the new mechanisms.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Business Analyst HR will be responsible for:

  • Analysis of existing processes (AS-IS)
  • Identification of impacts related to Belcotax and eGov 3.0
  • Analysing the functional impacts of the Belcotax eGov 3.0 programmes - LTDS Declaration
  • Animation of business workshops

Specification of functional requirements:

  • Coordination and management of adaptations
  • Organizing and supervising testing
  • Define the testing strategy (functional, integration, UAT)
  • Change management and compliance
  • Support teams in understanding impacts and new practices
  • Ensure that processes comply with the requirements of social security institutions
  • Contribute to the preparation of the production launch while respecting deadlines
  • Depending on the progress of the projects and priorities, the mission could extend to the implementation and testing of other legal changes.
