Business Analyst/Lombard credits

Endeavour Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Business Analyst with Lombard Credit experience.

Fluent in French or Dutch and English is mandatory.

Working 3 days onsite in Brussels is a must!

The role

Business Analyst in Credits

You will join the Credit Digitalization Team, responsible for setting up a new credit origination process.

The objective of the program is to implement a new end-to-end credit solution that will enhance the credit life cycle, from simulation through portfolio management.

Together with a third-party implementation partner, the target process will be delivered in phases throughout 2027.

Role Description

Main tasks as business analyst/Functional analyst:

• Solution Design: Drive initiatives from ideation through realization, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective and sustainable solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Requirements Gathering: Collect and challenge business needs in a complex environment; clarify and design workflows, perform gap analysis.
• Coordination & Communication: Act as the key liaison between business teams and IT squads, facilitate workshops; clarify requirements; manage stakeholder expectations, produce clear and structured documentation for stakeholders and project teams.
• Change Management & Deployment Support: Support change management activities, including training, user onboarding, and the preparation of communication materials, to ensure a smooth rollout.

Language requirements

Fluent (spoken and written) in Dutch or French, and English

Education

Master's degree in management sciences, Economics, or Business Engineering

Certification

BPMN, Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt), Business Analysis, Product Owner

Telework

2 days of remote work per week

Required experience:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Proven ability to drive initiatives from ideation through to realization
• Strong experience with BPMN, process mapping and business requirements
• Solid Knowledge of credit products and credit processes; experience with Lombard lending would be a strong asset
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, Jira, Confluence, and Visio
