Your Skills
- 5 or more years' experience in Project Delivery/Business Analyst or IT Financial Services Consultant role
- 5 or more years' experience in Banking or Payment industry or another high availability transaction processing industry
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (eg, Agile, Scrum) and tooling
- Proven strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient user of MS Office suite or similar
- Requirement Analysis, analytical and logical thinking with technical understanding

- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and can make the complex simple
- A strong customer centric ethos and an ability to develop strong relationships with all stakeholders
- An analytical and methodical problem solver
- An advocate for change, using best practice methodologies to support the business and technical teams involved in/impacted by change
- Ability to work on a combination of small change initiatives and large-scale projects in parallel and can plan and prioritise time effectively
- A collaborative team player, working with all external and internal teams
- Independent and result driven approach to tasks
- Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills
- Strong customer orientation with excellent client-facing skills
- People management skills, introducing and building ways in which people can learn from each other, encouraging mentoring and the transfer of knowledge by designing and delivering learning interventions
- Teamwork and emotional intelligence
- Good self-management, continuous performance is both a goal and a mindset
- Has an innovative approach, a bold thinker and doer, matching creativity with vigilance
- High value on openness and transparency
- Good experience of business analysis frameworks, value cycles, software development life cycle, business processes management, business requirements and UAT methodologies
