In order to improve bottlenecks, seize opportunities and work more efficiently, insight into your business processes is essential. It is not always easy for large organizations to gain this insight with so many business processes. Business Analysts play an important role in this for our clients in the pension and life insurance world.

• As a Business Analyst, you perform business analyses and translate the expectations and requirements of clients into concrete solutions.
• You provide advice and shape the transition that belongs to the chosen solution.
• You deliver solutions for various customer environments that help improve business processes.
• You develop solutions and intellectual property for the Life & Pensions domain and market them.
• It is of course important that you analyse legislation and regulations and translate them into customer propositions. You also support bidding processes for solutions to customers.

Your home base at Capgemini:

You will become part of an experienced team of Business Analysts, Architects & Project Managers, all specialized in Life & Pensions. It is a close team that, like you, is passionate about the insurance world. Together you work towards a common goal and help our customers to continue to develop and continuously improve processes.
