Your Role

  • Oversee regulatory and legal requirements related to Identity and Access Management (IAM), ensuring alignment with internal policies and external standards.
  • Prepare documentation and participate in internal and external audits, acting as a subject matter expert for IAM to demonstrate regulatory adherence.
  • Collaborate with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) teams to develop, update, and enforce internal policies and procedures, embedding security controls and compliance best practices.
  • Maintain and continuously update the IAM risk register, identifying key risks and patterns, and ensuring timely escalation to stakeholders.
  • Work with local security and data protection officers to refine security interfaces and support regional compliance reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to automate compliance controls and implement continuous monitoring. Deliver training and raise awareness around IAM compliance across the organization.
  • Act as a central point of contact for IAM-related compliance questions, fostering open communication and supporting process improvements across business units.


What You Bring

  • A strong sense of professionalism, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with a natural curiosity and a questioning mindset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a global team environment.
  • Solid understanding of European and international regulatory frameworks related to information security, particularly in highly regulated sectors.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT audit, cybersecurity, or compliance-ideally in areas such as IAM, privileged access, incident management, or enterprise-level security controls.
