Business Analyst expert vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Develop a decision-ready conceptual blueprint for the target operating model in Financial Crime Compliance.
• Analyse complex information, identify key relationships and translate findings into clear strategic options.
• Create a comprehensive IT concept covering anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing, PEP, sanctions, and tax compliance topics.
• Define the overall target picture, highlight key workstreams, and outline the scale of the intended investment.
• Contribute to the design of a suitable implementation setup within a small project team.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proven experience as a business analyst at expert level, ideally with 8-12 years' professional background.
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills with the ability to structure complex subject matter clearly.
• Solid methodology knowledge in strategic models and project management, including planning, risk and resource management.
• Experience in preparing presentations and communicating structured recommendations effectively.
• Language skills: German, English
