Der Schwerpunkt des Auftrags liegt auf der Automatisierung und dem gezielten Einsatz von AI im Team. Zu Beginn erfolgt eine aktive Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft, um die bestehenden Prozesse, Systeme und Herausforderungen aus der Praxis zu verstehen.

Auf dieser Grundlage werden manuelle und wiederkehrende Tätigkeiten systematisch identifiziert und priorisiert. Durch geeignete Automatisierungs- und AI-Lösungen soll der operative Aufwand auf ein Minimum reduziert werden. Ziel sind eine nachhaltige Entlastung des Teams und eine messbare Effizienzsteigerung.

Hauptaufgaben:

• Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft zur Einarbeitung und Prozessanalyse
• Analyse und Dokumentation der bestehenden Abläufe
• Identifikation und Priorisierung manueller und wiederkehrender Tätigkeiten
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung geeigneter Automatisierungs- und AI-Lösungen
• Integration der Lösungen in die bestehenden Prozesse und Systeme
• Messung der erzielten Effizienzsteigerung und Entlastung
• Dokumentation der Lösungen und Wissenstransfer innerhalb des Teams

Anforderungen:

• Kenntnisse oder praktische Erfahrung mit ServiceNow
• Kenntnisse in ITIL und SIAM
• Kenntnisse in Automatisierung und im Einsatz von AI
• Bereitschaft, sich ins Tagesgeschäft einzuarbeiten und aktiv mitzuarbeiten
• Fähigkeit, manuelle Abläufe zu erkennen und Verbesserungsideen einzubringen
• Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Gute Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten
