Business Analyst - Rebranding & Communications Programme

Location: Dublin (5 days onsite)

Contract Duration: 6-month contract

Overview

CPL are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a Financial Tech organisation with rebranding and communications initiative. This role will focus on assessing brand-related impacts across systems, digital channels and customer touchpoints, while helping to define and deliver a comprehensive communications strategy that supports a large-scale transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the impact of rebranding across systems, websites, tools, and business processes.
• Gather and document business requirements for rebranding activities.
• Develop communication plans for internal and external audiences.
• Create clear messaging to support the new brand identity.
• Identify key stakeholders, risks, and success measures.
• Coordinate updates to branded materials and communications assets.
• Support the delivery of rebranding and change communications.
• Work with business and project teams to ensure successful implementation.

Ideal Experience

• 8 years+ previous Business Analyst experience within change, transformation, branding, or communications projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience supporting organisational change and communications initiatives.
• Ability to gather requirements, analyse impacts, and document findings.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working in large or complex organisations is desirable
