Business Analyst

Location: Camp New Amsterdam/Huis ter Heide area (with flexibility)
36 hours per week
Dutch native required

We're hiring an experienced Business Analyst for a long-term detachering assignment (no ZZP) within the public sector. You will play a key role in supporting the implementation of the new Code of Criminal Procedure across operational processes.

This is a hybrid position - on-site presence is required weekly for stakeholder collaboration, but remote work is possible in consultation.

• Analyze and model current and future work processes affected by new legislation

• Define and document IV (information provision) needs and training requirements

• Collaborate with operational teams to co-create process improvements

• Contribute to change and implementation plans

• Support progress monitoring of process transformation

• 2+ years' experience in business process analysis and IV needs translation

• Minimum HBO diploma

• Fluent in Dutch (oral and written, B2 or higher)

• Background in team-based work and change implementation

• Available for 36 hours per week

• 3+ years as Business Analyst or in a similar role

• Familiarity with Defence sector or public sector environments

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Certificates in BPMN 2.0, Prince2 Foundation, or change management

• Knowledge of JIRA

• WO degree is a plus
