Business Analyst

Nexeo is currently looking a Business Analyst specialized in Instant Payments for a federal banking project.

As a Business Analyst at Nexeo, your responsibilities will include:

• Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document, and validate requirements for Instant Payments, focusing on bulk payments alignment.
• Functional Documentation: Draft clear, detailed specifications for IT and operations teams.
• Coordination: Manage activities related to gap analysis, testing, and defect tracking with the squad and Tribe Payments.
• Workshops: Organize meetings and workshops with impacted business lines (e.g., Cash Management, group functions).

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Business Analysis, preferably in SEPA / Instant Payments projects.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of conceptual modeling, MS Office, IS, and testing processes. Agile methodology knowledge is a plus.
• Business Skills: Understanding of workflow processes; experience with Instant Payments is a plus.
• Languages: Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
