Business Analyst

Contract Role: Salesforce Business Analyst- Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC)

A computer and electrical manufacturing client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support strategic CRM initiative

Key Details:

• Duration: 6-month rolling contract
• Location: Remote (Netherlands/EU Based)
• Start: August/September 2025
• Rate: €50-€60/hour

Responsibilities:

• Analyse and document business requirements in a manufacturing context
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Define processes across sales, supply chain, and customer operations
• Support solution design and delivery for CRM-related projects
• Contribute to CGC-based projects if applicable

Requirements:

• Proven Business Analyst experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors
• Strong process mapping and requirements gathering skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Experience with CGC is a significant advantage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
