- Define, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements
- Champion quality, usability, and value delivery across all digital touchpoints
- Contribute to scaling agile practices and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- Analytical thinker: You enjoy diving into data and extracting actionable insights

- Problem solver: You tackle challenges creatively and pragmatically
- Tech-savvy: You understand the software development lifecycle and can collaborate effectively with developers
- Business-aware: You have a solid grasp of industry trends, user needs, and organisational dynamics
- Organised & adaptable: You can juggle multiple projects without losing sight of details
- Collaborative mindset: You thrive in a team setting and enjoy building relationships
Estimated travel: 15%-25%, depending on project and business needs.
Most importantly, you'll work in a people-first culture where we trust and empower one another, free of politics. We're committed to collaboration, continuous learning, and shared ownership of projects. Freedom and responsibility go hand-in-hand here.
