Job Title: Business Analysts - Payments - Amsterdam

We are seeking experienced Business Analysts and Solution Architects with a strong background in the payments domain, ideally with exposure to both Belgium and Netherlands markets. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Design and implement scalable and compliant payment solutions.
• Support end-to-end project lifecycle from analysis to implementation and testing.
• Ensure alignment with international and local regulatory standards and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Architect in the payments sector.
• In-depth knowledge of international payments processing and offerings.
• Familiarity with SEPA, Cards, and cross-border transactions.
• Understanding of CBPR+ / NextGen ISO20022 standards is a strong plus.
• Experience working with stakeholders across Belgium and Netherlands is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in financial services or fintech environments.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
