About the Role:

We are looking for a versatile and experienced Business Analyst to support several high-impact initiatives in a company based in West Flanders.

Key Projects You'll Support:

• Fiber Rollout Domain: Internal development efforts currently being handled by the manager; your support is crucial to freeing up leadership capacity
• Corporate Office IT Standardization: Aligning infrastructure and services to deliver a consistent user experience across the enterprise
• ERP Integration Layer: Building a scalable integration solution around ERP systems to support process harmonization

Responsibilities:

• Act as a central link between business stakeholders and IT teams
• Gather and analyze requirements using BPMN, UML, and other business modeling tools
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable documentation
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement
• Support change management and user adoption strategies
• Ensure all projects align with corporate goals and timelines

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Broad experience across business domains and technologies - not narrowly focused on a single product
• Background in medium to large-scale organizations
• Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills
• Proficient in BPMN and UML modeling techniques
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Fluent in Dutch and professional in English
