  • Engage with client stakeholders to understand challenges and define requirements.
  • Map current and future processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate business needs into actionable specifications and solution designs.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives, including ERP, CRM, and workflow automation.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform decisions and validate business cases.
  • Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a consultancy or client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of business process improvement and change management.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project and change management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
