On behalf of our client, a leading Swiss private bank, Swisslinx is seeking a German-speaking medium level Business Analyst / Project Manager with proven experience in Credit Risk and banking operations.

Job description:
Gather, analyse and document business requirements for system enhancements and process improvements within the Credit Risk environment
Lead and coordinate small to medium-sized projects from initiation through to successful delivery
Act as the key liaison between Credit Risk, Relationship Management, Product & Service teams, and IT development teams
Translate complex business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
Create, execute and support testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Coordinate system rollouts, training activities and change management communications
Identify opportunities to improve automation, operational efficiency and data quality across credit processes
Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and provide regular status reporting to stakeholders
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines and quality standards

The successful candidate will drive business analysis activities, coordinate project delivery, and collaborate with stakeholders across Credit Risk, Front Office, Operations and IT to implement system and process improvements.
The role requires strong stakeholder management skills, hands-on experience within banking credit environments, and the ability to communicate fluently in both German and English.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience within Credit Risk Management in a banking or financial services environment
Hands-on experience with credit limit systems, exposure monitoring tools and/or loan management platforms
Strong understanding of credit risk processes, data structures, data flows and data quality principles
Experience identifying, analysing and resolving data quality issues within complex systems
Proven ability to analyse business processes and convert requirements into practical solutions
Experience delivering projects using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and/or Waterfall methodologies
Strong working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, MS Project and Excel
Experience with Power BI or similar reporting and analytics tools
Good SQL skills with the ability to write and interpret queries against structured datasets
Professional certifications such as PMP, CBAP or SAFe are considered advantageous
Fluency in German and English
