Business Analyst - London Market Insurance
Location: London (Hybrid)
Are you a skilled Business Analyst with deep knowledge of the London insurance market? Do you thrive on solving complex problems, improving processes, and delivering impactful solutions in a fast-paced environment?
We're looking for a confident and experienced Business Analyst to join a leading global insurer (client confidential) during an exciting phase of strategic transformation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency across the business.
What you'll do:
Gather, analyse and document business requirements
Identify process improvement opportunities across underwriting, operations, and claims
Translate business needs into actionable solutions for tech teams
Act as a key liaison between business and IT, ensuring alignment and delivery
Support data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making
What you'll bring:
5+ years of Business Analysis experience, with at least 3 in the insurance industry
Strong understanding of London market insurance practices and systems
Confident communicator, with a collaborative and inquisitive mindset
Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
Ability to challenge the status quo and drive meaningful change
