A well known council is seeking to recruit a Business Analyst who has previous experience working in local government and who has excellent discovery, requirements gathering, gap analysis, strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days on site in London to start as soon as possible.
As the council undergoes a major technology transformation, we are seeking candidates who have a background and experience of working across contact centres / channel shift / customer journey environments within a local government setting. It is key that you will have a background in local government for this role and be available immediately or at short notice to start being happy to be on site 3 days per week.
