Job PurposeTo deliver exceptional customer service to all customers and ensure smooth operations of the Quadralene workflows.
Key Duties and Responsibilities- Process sales orders from customers within 24 hours of receipt and ensure timely and accurate order confirmations are sent.
- Address and resolve customer enquiries, providing high-quality service.
- Provide sales quotations and proforma invoices to customers as required.
- Process sales credit notes for container returns or customer complaints.
- Prepare and process sales invoices, ensuring they are properly filed and recorded.
- Handle sample requests from internal departments (Dentisan Team, and Laboratory).
- Ensure that all invoices and credits are processed by the end of month deadline.
- Place order for office consumables.
- Raise Purchase Orders to suppliers.
- Confirm receipt dates with our suppliers.
- Make phone calls to our suppliers and customers.
- Assist Facilities and Maintenance Manager where required with control of reception desk and visitor badges.
Duties and responsibilities may change over time to meet the needs of the organisation. Additional tasks may be given as required to support operational goals or department objectives.
Quality System Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintains and adheres to Sales, Customer Service related working instructions to ensure continued compliance with all ISO13485 requirements.
Knowledge/Skills/ExperienceEach organization shall have sufficient personnel with the necessary education, background, training, and experience to assure that all activities required by this part are correctly performed and shall establish procedures for identifying training needs and ensure that all personnel are trained to adequately perform their assigned responsibilities. Training shall be documented.

- Experience in customer service, or a related field.
- Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
- Ability to use own initiative, excellent problem solving skills.
