An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Administration Support Band 3 to join NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde Public Protection Service. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support within a board-wide team, working alongside senior staff including the Chief Nurse, Head of Public Protection Service, Lead Nurses, and other medical and administrative professionals. The team is based at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.
The Public Protection Service offers expert advice, support, and guidance on public protection matters. The post holder will ensure accurate and real-time updates to patient systems and maintain data integrity. Candidates should have an HNC/SVQIII in Secretarial Studies/Business Administration or equivalent experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and patient recording systems.
