Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Line manage and support a small, dedicated team of administrators.
  • Lead the administrative response to our Case Management teams, ensuring an efficient and high quality service.
  • Provide close support to the Heads of Service, who form part of the senior management team.
  • Produce and coordinate reports, performance information and key business documentation.
  • Organise meetings, events and site visits, preparing agendas and supporting papers.
  • Use initiative and sound judgement to manage competing demands and resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain a hybrid work arrangement: typically three days in the office at Langdon Hospital, Dawlish, and two days working from home, with flexibility to attend additional days as service needs arise.

  • Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proactive and enjoys taking ownership and finding solutions.
  • Communicates confidently with a wide range of people and can build positive relationships quickly.
  • Can juggle multiple priorities while remaining calm and focused.
  • Enjoys leading and developing others, providing guidance and support to a small team.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong IT and administrative skills, including producing reports and managing information effectively.
