This is a *Merseyside* Hybrid based role with an excellent immediate start within a Public Sector organisation working on *Conducting building inspections and surveys across a range of property types*

What You'll Be Doing

• Conducting building inspections and surveys across a range of property types
• Preparing detailed reports, specifications, and schedules of work
• Identifying defects and advising on remedial solutions
• Supporting refurbishment, maintenance, and improvement projects
• Assisting with contract administration and project management duties
• Providing clear technical guidance to clients and stakeholders
• Ensuring work complies with current regulations and industry standards

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience working as a Building Surveyor or within a similar surveying role
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and building pathology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Professional, organised, and client-focused approach
• Ability to produce clear and accurate reports and recommendations
• Full UK driving licence preferred

Essential Qualification

• Level 3 Award in Energy Efficiency for Older and Traditional Buildings (3H qualification)
