The successful candidate will provide expert building surveying support across a diverse housing portfolio, delivering accurate stock condition assessments, feasibility studies and technical advice that inform long term investment planning.
They will ensure all works and inspections meet regulatory, health and safety and Decent Homes standards, while maintaining precise asset data and producing clear reports to support strategic decision making. They will work confidently with residents, contractors and stakeholders, resolving issues promptly and contributing to high quality, sustainable housing outcomes through a customer focused, collaborative approach.
