Stock Condition Surveyor

£24.00 PAYE / £30.00 Umbrellaor Deemed LTD (Inside IR35)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Stock Condition Surveyor to join a local authority in Dorset. The role will be working across the Poole and Bournemouth areas, delivering a high volume of stock condition surveys and EPC assessments to domestic housing stock.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Stock Condition Surveyor to join a local authority in Dorset. The role will be working across the Poole and Bournemouth areas, delivering a high volume of stock condition surveys and EPC assessments to domestic housing stock.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out stock condition surveys to housing stock
- Conducting Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) assessments
- Lodging EPCs via Elmhurst
- Providing general building surveying support where required
- Ensuring all survey data is accurately recorded and reported
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role with a local authority or housing association
- DEA accreditation and capability to lodge EPCs with Elmhurst
- Good working knowledge of domestic building construction and condition assessment
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential)
