Building Surveyor - Retrofit & Energy Efficiency Specialist

Tai Tarian is seeking a Building Surveyor to assess building condition, identify defects and risks, and diagnose root causes. You will develop proportionate, cost-effective solutions and support retrofit and energy efficiency programmes across the property portfolio.

You will be educated to degree level or have equivalent experience, and you may hold DEA/Retrofit Assessor qualifications or commit to achieving them. Close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders is essential.
