Hours: 35 hours per week

About the Role:
As a Building Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering tailored projects and providing expert technical advice.

Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
* Stock Sustainability: Contribute to the sustainability of our housing stock through detailed appraisals and strategies.
* Project Management: Lead and manage bespoke investment and refurbishment projects, focusing on long-term maintenance.
* Surveys & Project Appraisal: Conduct high-quality building surveys and deliver detailed project appraisals.
* Investment Planning: Support the investment program, ensuring alignment with neighbourhood plans and regulatory standards.
* Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, providing expert support to the wider team.

What We're Looking For:
Essential Skills:
* Strong knowledge of building construction, planning regulations, and leasehold legislation.
* Experience in managing bespoke investment programs.
* Knowledge of project financial valuation and effective contract management.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage relationships with stakeholders.

Desirable Skills:
* Previous project management experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Qualifications:
* Essential: Building related degree or equivalent qualification.
* Desirable: Professional qualification (MCIOB, MRICS, MICE) or equivalent experience.
