Building Surveyor - Claims & Restoration Specialist

Exchange Street Financial Services Ltd seeks an experienced Building Surveyor for the Wirral (North West). You will handle claims for properties affected by perils and subsidence knowledge is a plus.

Role involves claim evaluation, client communication, validation, project management, compliance, and contractor management. MRICS/MCIOB is preferred; CAD and relevant regs familiarity is expected.
