Building Supervisor/Caretaker
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent (subject to 6 months' probation)
STATUS: Part-Time
HOURS: 25 hours per week
WORKING PATTERN: Monday-Friday 7.15 am-9:15am and 2.15pm-5.15pm (There may be some flexibility on times)
SALARY: Building Supervisor (Without Supervision) NJC pts 11 - 14 £14.9919 -£15.7367 per hour
JOB PURPOSE:
To provide on-site supervision, keyholder responsibility, cleaning and non-cleaning services under the direction of the designated line manager or other authorised person and in accordance with the practices and procedures of the Board of Governors.
