Building Services Manager - Hybrid, Cradle-to-Grave Delivery

Randstad CPE is assisting in recruiting a Building Services/Technical Manager for a Tier 1 contractor near Reading, with the regional office near Slough. The role covers the M4 Corridor, Thames Valley and Oxfordshire, handling education, public sector, retail, leisure and commercial projects valued £20-£90 million.

You'll lead services packages across schemes, engage with bid/estimating teams at preconstruction, and work with design and commercial teams to ensure feasible, well-priced schemes.
