Building Manager - Prestigious Commercial Mixed-Use Asset

West London - HYBRID

We're proud to be recruiting on behalf of ourprestigious clientfor an exceptionalBuilding Managerto join a high-performing team at aprime commercial mixed-use assetinWest London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of building operations, ensuring full compliance,health & safety, andrisk managementare met to the highest standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with occupiers through regular tenant liaisonand a focus on service excellence
  • Oversee all contractor managementactivities, ensuring high standards and value-for-money service delivery
  • Assist with the preparation and management of service charge budgets, including forecasting and reporting
  • Manage and support a small on-site team, fostering a collaborative and professional working culture
  • Engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders, including asset managers, service partners, and consultants
  • Identify opportunities to improve building performance, sustainability, and occupier experience

About You:

  • Previous experience managing commercial buildings, ideally within amixed-use or estate environment
  • Strong knowledge ofbuilding compliance,statutory regulations, andhealth & safety legislation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven success intenant and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience withservice charge budget managementand reporting
  • Confident in leading contractor relationships and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations
  • Self-motivated, organised, and professional - with a passion foroperational excellence
  • IOSH/NEBOSH qualified

Salary upto £45,000 + enhanced pension 9.5%, private medical and dental, bonus scheme and WFH 1x a week after you have passed probation
