Build Engineer

Build Engineer Sheffield Inside IR35 Immediate Start

We are currently looking for an experienced Build Engineer to support a large customer project based onsite in Sheffield.

Role Responsibilities

• Building and configuring HP Switches and Access Points (APs)
• Following build and deployment processes
• Supporting a large-scale hardware rollout
• Working closely with the project team to ensure equipment is prepared and deployed to a high standard

Essential Skills

• Experience working with HP networking equipment, including switches and APs
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Previous build or staging experience within a networking environment

Contract Details

Location: Sheffield (Onsite)
Contract Type: Inside IR35
Hours: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
Rate: £17.00 per hour
Duration: Initial 4-week contract
Start Date: ASAP, ideally next week
We are also interested in hearing from candidates with basic technical experience who can assist with equipment preparation, including boxing/unboxing hardware and carrying out scripted tasks.
