BSA/AML Compliance Lead - MSB (Crypto Payments)

RedotPay is seeking a highly motivated Compliance Officer (BSA/AML) to own and manage the regulatory compliance framework for our U.S. Money Services Business operations. You will be the subject matter expert on BSA, FinCEN regulations, and state MSB requirements, ensuring a robust program.

The role covers CIP, CDD/EDD, KYC, transaction monitoring, SARs, OFAC sanctions, and policy development. You will coordinate regulatory inquiries, examinations, and audits while reporting to senior management.
