Broadcast Operations Lead & Gallery Team Mentor

Gravity Media is seeking a Broadcast Operations Lead to oversee live broadcasts across Remote Production Centre operations, coordinating between Production, Engineering, Technical Operations and clients to ensure broadcasts are delivered safely and to high standards.

You will lead Front Row Gallery teams, mentor operators, manage rehearsals and live productions, and drive consistency across workflows while maintaining readiness and strong client service.
