Breakfast Chef - Mornings / Daytimes £13/hr + Bonuses No.4 Clifton Village, Clifton, Bristol

Early riser? Love the quiet buzz of a well run kitchen before the city wakes up? We're looking for a Breakfast Chef (temporary 4-month contract with possibility to extend) to join our team at No.4 Clifton Village - part of Bristol's independent Quarter hospitality group in Clifton.

This mornings only Breakfast Chef role offers part time hours (25 hours per week, worked over 5 short shifts), perfect for an experienced chef who wants their afternoons and evenings free.

Key info for the Breakfast Chef position

£13 per hour + up to £100 per month in on-target bonuses, in addition to an on-target quarterly bonus of up to £250

40 hours per week, typically worked over 5 morning into daytime shifts

Temporary, fixed term contract for a duration of 4 months. There will be potential scope to extend this further.

Most of your shifts in this role will fall Monday-Friday, however we are looking for flexibility to do occasional weekend shifts where required, as per rota needs

What you'll be doing as Breakfast Chef

• Running the breakfast service at No.4 - mainly catering to guests of the on-site Hotel, the Rodney Hotel
• Preparing, cooking and plating classic fresh breakfasts to order - not a hot buffet
• Working as solo chef for the breakfast service, managing cook-offs and prep independently, maintaining speed and quality
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the daytime brigade
